Included in our services are the following:
Consultation with your attorney
2-3 Clinical Interview Sessions (Interviews are generally held via telehealth using a secure HIPAA compliant video platform. At the time of the assessment, you must be physically located in the state of Colorado.)
Provision of a professional interpreter, if required
A thorough review of pertinent documents such as medical records, police reports, and legal documents
Utilization of diagnostic screening tools tailored to your specific case
Diagnosis and comprehensive clinical interpretation, as needed
Recommendations and referrals for continued care
Delivery of a polished final report, typically spanning 12-18 pages in length
pricing and payment
The total cost for a standard psychosocial evaluation is $1,000. Payment structure is as follows:
· $200 deposit is required one week prior to the scheduled clinical interview.
· $500 is due at the beginning of the initial clinical interview.
· $300 is due within two weeks after the clinical interview.
Please note that drafts will not be released or finalized until the full payment is received.
